Zanzibar, TANZANIA

Construction of a new Ferry Terminal and development of Hotels, Residential, Commercial Spaces, Parkings and Many other functions around it at the beautiful island of Zanzibar, TZ.

TSCON was involved with the project from the very initial phase to serve the client for cost, planning, feasibility, real estate development advise and design management. Project has signed the concession agreement with the government of Zanzibar based on the budget provided by us in January 2024, now full design, engineering and construction works will start soon.

Laminaat Plaza, Almere

TSCON has managed and executed tender processes for the construction of 4,000 sqm GBA commercial building in the Almere, Netherlands.

Contractor selection and contract forming works are ongoing at this moment.
